Returns, Refund & Exchanges
We take great pride in our unique approach to fashion, providing customized, made-to-order pieces to not only offer you a one-of-a-kind item but also to reduce waste in the fashion industry. Our commitment to sustainability means that we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:
If you receive a product that is defective, you have the right to return it. Please notify us via email at email@example.com as soon as you discover the defect or non-conformity, providing a description and supporting images (mandatory).
Upon receiving your email, we will promptly get in touch with you to arrange for the replacement of the product, or any other mutually agreed solution. Rest assured that all shipping costs for returning or exchanging defective products will be covered by Malteza.
All returned items must be in new, clean, and in clearly unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Exchanges are accepted for another size. If is there any price difference between sizes, the User will be refunded if the exchange size is of a lower value, or will be charged to the customer if the exchange size is of a higher value.
Typically, our production time ranges from 4 to 10 days depending on the difficulty of the piece and the number of orders on that time period. Please note that the indicated timeline is an approximate estimate and cannot be assured.

We work most of the time with DHL and DHL Express, depending on the User's choice.The prices for every order will be added at the end of your purchase. Malteza can choose a different carrier in case of any malfunction or impediment provided for DHL or DHL Express if that means a better result for the client without any previous notice. However the client will not be charge (or compensated) for any extra charges that this change may imply. The User will always receive a email with the proper tracking number. the User can always track the package trough the carrier website. In some cases the User is allowed to change the delivery date trough the carrier website but Malteza is not responsible for any malfunction or error that this change may cause.

Malteza does not assume responsibility for any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country.
In the event that the User declines to pay import duties or taxes, resulting in the package being returned to Malteza, the associated return costs will be the responsibility of the User.
If the carrier is unable to deliver on the specified date, the User will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date. Alternatively, the carrier may leave a notice at the delivery location, detailing the attempted delivery date and time, the designated collection point, and the timeframe within which the Customer must collect the order. Failure to collect within the stipulated period may result in the order being returned to Malteza.
In the event of non-collection within the specified timeframe at the collection point, the associated costs of a second attempt of shipping/ delivery will be charged to the customer. This also applies to clients that received free shipping in the first attempt. Please make sure your package is not returned.
Malteza is not responsible for any lost or damage package. However we will do our best in helping you in all the process of complaining with the carrier.
If you receive any damage package DO NOT OPEN IT without making the proper photographs AND videos. Only after that you can open the package and see if any of the pieces are damage. If so, take pictures and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will help you through the process.
