The skirt is adjustable and the fabric has a lot of stretch so the sizes are just: 'Small to Medium" (the one that all the models are wearing in the photos) and 'Large to Extra Large'.
If you want to order different sizes on the set you can buy them separately. Just search on the shop for "Kate Blouse" and "Kate Skirt" and you can order each piece in the size that you prefer.
Both pieces are made in double fabric so even though the pieces are white they will not show your underwear.
